Ok, so here are the rules:
1. Anyone can give +2 points and -2 points each day to any band of his/her choice. Deal with those points as you prefer, but do not exceed the 2 points limit.
2. To make things fair, for each positive point you give, you must also give a negative point.
3. We'll be dealing with whole points. You cannot give decimals.
4. Points are not accumulative. If you miss a day, you also miss the points you had the right to give that day. There's no "I didn't vote the past 3 days so I'll give 6 points on this round" sort of thing.
5. All bands start with a 10-point score. Any of them will be eliminated if it reaches the 0 points. However, to make things faster, if no band reaches 0 within 3 days time, the band with the lower score will go away. In the case of a tie, the next immediate vote will decide which band goes.
6. Time will be dealt with according to the hour set in the UM forums.
