Gear used throughout albums

I think we should post what we know about what gear was used progressively throughout each album as instead of losing posts and back tracking, this could be stickied to allow easier access. I was looking for that post of what gear was used on souls and unfortunately lost it so it could serve all

Alex and Eric used a lot of different gear on the first five albums like... there's a lot of stuff to list.
