I had already decided to go there and DT playing there is just the big icing on the cake. Also playing are among others: Hypocrisy, Vintersorg, Naglfar, Amaran, Lefay, The Haunted (first gig with Dolving in Sweden), Pain of salvation, Wolf, Månegarm, etc.

fireangel: you should know that I know Amaran personally . Give them some slack, they are a new band and haven't got enough routine yet. I love the cds and think they do quite well live by now, with some experience under their belts.

right, and on this subject i want to be especially sure that around easter time, and precisely between the 9th and the 13th of april, 2004, there will be no katatonia gig in the goteborg area. so at least this time i won't risk being dragged to see them performing, which is something that happens every damn time i go abroad.

i never shared the hype about katatonia. they're a good rock band when they feel courageous enough to play rock songs (i.e., tonight's decision), but they're just your average metal stuff when they go metal, and an obscenely boring live band.

This is greeaat news! I booked my tickets several weeks ago, but this makes it so much better! Now I'll see two of my absolute fave bands (the other one is Lefay) playing within two days.
