Is there any Gigantour footage from Edmonton AB on Alive 2? Or anywhere else?

Where were the Anthrax songs on the Gigantour CD recorded?

Why are there no Anthrax songs on the Gigantour DVD?

I was at the Edmonton show on Gigantour. Anthrax stole the show! What a great set. Looking forward to seeing Anthrax live again when they tour with Rob Zombie.
