Presumably Anthrax will ust go on earleir, at the Astoria there's a massive gay night that starts at 1030 on Fridays so the bands have to finish about 10-1015 and everyone gets herded out. Anthrax still played their 18 song set last time though.

saw jerry cantrell at the garage a few months back and it was a cracker of a gig but it was an early show because it was a saturday and all the scumbag jobbie ass students had to have their fix of the garage.
That Cantrell gig was awesome, I was the happiest man alive when they started playing Would?..... Comes With the Fall were excellent support and thier singer suprisingly did justice to Staley during the AIC songs.

Plus it couldnt be any easier to meet bands than at the garage...

Does the Garage allow taping? I quite fancy bringing my camcorder to the gig tomorrow, but don't want it confiscated at the door. Anyone know?
I was thinking about bringing my video camera too, but like you said, I don't want it taken off me. I went to the show at the Stone Pony in New Jersey last month and had my video camera with me and the guys on the door just wouldn't let me in even though I promised I wouldn't take it out. I had to go back to the car and leave the camera there, which meant I was shitting myself during the entire show because Asbury Park is the dodgiest place I've ever been to.
Phone the place tomorow, im pretty sure it should be okay, i saw two or three people with camcorders the last time i was there. Mind u though that was Biohazard about two and a half years ago.........Delirious Nomad said:

The big man here plans to be up at the front just in front of the pit (no tour t-shirt this time im super skint) wearing a t-shirt over a long sleeve job and taking some pics on me digicam, which will turn out a bit naff.
If I don't bring the video camera, I'll be up front with my NY Yankees baseball shirt on. I'm thinking that this could really be a show for the die hard fans seeing as it's likely to be a smallish crowd made up purely of 'Thrax fans, unlike last time when the Barrowlands was full of metal kids looking for a night out. It makes you wonder what these kids really want, I mean, after the blistering Barrowlands show, you would have thought they'd be back for more!!!
