I don't really know why it took me this long to post about this but I have located a beer for people with coeliac! It is called Bard's Tale Beer and it is made with sorghum as opposed to barley.
It isn't very wide spread yet though it seems very prevelent in New York and thankfully my home state of North Carolina. So anyway if anyone happens into a Natural Food store in New York and wanted to try it and tell me if its any good, I wouldn't be ungrateful. Or by some strange chance has anyone already tried it?
