Good cheap web host???

What is a good webhost site that isn't to expensive, without ANY ads or banners? I'd like something with a yearly fee, preferably $35 or under... but if having to spend more its okay. I think i would only need like 2 gigs of space... that should be fine... what do you people use for webhosting?
