Got mine today from a local store which puts things on the shelf as soon as they get it. 
Got the digipak version, you can unfold it like ten times and there's great artwork everywhere.

the biggest problem i got with the new AE is that songs will start out incredible, but then they get slower and monotonous. its like, 'here's a kick ass intro, but now we're gonna do what we always do. you thought we'd change, but no we're still the same'

It seems the releases of Hitzone and some other dutch-concept-crap take too much of the distributors' time. So once again:

Got the ONLY copy that the local FYE had, good thing I'm the only Nevermore fan round these parts. Wooooo.

I also got the only copy left at my local Wherehouse (FYE company), with the presale I purchased at the concert. The only thing was that I had to pay 7 cents more, but that wasn't problem.
