The new albums from Solefald, Ephel Duath, and Enslaved are all very good and more importantly very interesting and diverse- accelerated evolution by hevy devy is pretty good- as is the new lamb of god.

downloaded the trigger in flames ep last night- Its nothing special

The new sepultura- roorback aint the greatest- a cross between roots and nation

the new nevermore has some very good tunes, and a few others I couldnt get into- but horrible production- this may change I understand

Vintersorg - Ödemarkens Son
Vintersorg - Till Fjälls
Bathory - Blood on Ice

Iced Earth - Dark Saga
Blind Guardian - Tales From the Twilight World

TOOL Lateralus, this is the ,most awesome album i have ever heard, Anything i say cannot justify what its all about, i'll just be undrstating the albums impact.

TOOL ÆNEMA
Same sort of style as Lateralus, but nowhere near as good, (still kick arse though)

Arcturus The Sham Mirrors.

Lacuna Coil Comalies & Unleashed Memories.

You like Metallica? if you don't know them, get anything before 1990 and St Anger. nothing else they did is worth the cd they printed it on.

ÆNEMA was a great album but Lat is just better, if you like it better then fine by me, but don't you try and tell me that ÆNEMA is better based on your personal opinions.
