I started a classic thrash band with this dude in my tafe course, he is a fucking gun at drumming and is only 15! he is a Metallica fanatic so he is an unbelievable speed drummer.
one song that we are working on and came up with in half an hour is a classic early kreator/kill em all kinda thrash song.
so far we have come up with the intro and the chorus riff, it shouldn't be that hard to write the rest of the song as u only have to really write around one riff to make a truly classic thrash song.
one thing we need badly though is a vocalist, and there aren't any metal ones in our class
their all into hip hop .
