Growling?

Hey, I just signed up here, and basicly I'm here to seek information about growling. I would like to learn growling, but I don't know if it's even possible, and if it is, my question is: How to practise it, how to growl? Like different ways to do it and train it on without hurting your troat or anything.

This pretty much sums it up. The growling thread here actually brought a lot of life to this forum back in the day. I think the combo of Peter and Mikael's performances with Bloodbath made this board seem like a good place to look. The "How to properly growl" thread doesn't see much life now but there is a shitload of good advice to be found there, I was a regular poster there for quite some time. Pretty much everyone came on, got advice and made recordings of their progress, and got further advice. Too bad it's kind of dead it was a helpful dynamic to people trying to learn.
