Guitar effects....tracking or mixing

I'm about to record a band that has a shit ton of effects.

www.myspace.com/thanetheband (this is rough demo cuts the bass player made on the solo mostly midi, not the acutal band)

It would be brutal to sit there ITB during mixing adding all the crazy atmospheric fx, so should I just "put it to tape" so to speak?

What do you guys think?

Yup, get the DIs but have them track with their effects and all. Just make sure their delays/echoes/etc ... are all at proper tempos and all that shit.
