so......... need your opinion again

i kinda think i decided how i want to track my guitars for them to sound best and that's what i figure would work:

1. Rythem gtr L - 100L
2. Rythem gtr L Dir - 70L
3. Lead gtr - C
4. Lead gtr Dir - C
5. Rythem gtr R - 100R
6. Rythem gtr R - 70R
optional:
7. Lead gtr fills - 30R (gives "spacy" sound.
when playing track 3 is automated 30L)

+ 1/2 Reverb and chorus tracks.

so, am i missing anything? anyon's got a suggestion how to track/mix better?

getting to that.....

but seriously, i have no experience in tracking anyway proffesional so i'm trying to figure what setup will give me the best guitar sound

any serious suggestions?

why not record two tracks and see if it's enough? if not, record two more and try what panning works best.
IMO you should record (first) and experiment (then). there's no formula.

for example: i would agree on leads center, but lately i noticed a recording with the lead panned left and the delay panned right. gives a nice effect.

yeah i've noticed that in couple of tracks but it doesn't always work, depends on the lead part but maybe on some parts i'll use it...

more suggestions?
