yeah, he has to do devil horns to shoot his web. How cool is that? I wonder what'd happen if he flipped someone off

It's not really the sign of the beast though, he's got his thumb out, he's not doing it right. Someone's gotta set that boy straight.

Actually, i was just reminded, he does do the sign of the beast in the movie. I saw it the saturday it came out. When he's first learning to shoot his web, he doesn't know the exact hand motion to make, and it shows him doing all these different things (it's a comic relief bit of the movie) and at one point he does the sign of beast. It was great, i was dying

the movie is close to the original story, but not right on.
In the movie he has the natural ability to shoot webs.....in the comic he did not.
the spider was off as well.
The red head, MARY JANE....she didnt come in till issue 42. Gwen Stacey,(captain staceys daughter) was the chic that was around during the GREEN GOB....and he dropped her and spidey couldnt reach her in time.....and she got a seriouse case of "i have fallen and i have DIED" hahahaha
But i am still going to watch the film

and, in the comic, the green goblin was impaled by the sharp protrusion on his glider

The stuff i noted is the stuff i have seen on the previews.

Igot out in 95.
I was a follower from the late (77 or something) 70's till then.
Spider man, Xmen, and CONAN were the main titles i was into. But it really didnt matter as long as it was MARVEL. I never liked DC or any of their characters.
