Hampton Inn Reservations

Did anyone else get screwed by Hampton Inn on reservations for Festival weekend?

Do you mean because they closed down or just in general? I got a letter about a month ago.

After reading a few threads here it seems like some people got letters and some didn't. I never got one, so I was pissed when I found out. There's a Sheraton close by that I think still has rooms available. That's where I'm staying now.

The Sheraton is always a good choice... I've stayed there twice, and I had no problems. They're a larger hotel, and they're about 1.5 blocks further away from the venue than the Residence or Granada, so they always have rooms available, and you can often find a reasonable deal on Hotwire or other websites.
