jenn: (as i said, i feel really weird referring to anyone as bleedingfilth :P nice pics :) we didn't have quite as much candy here, but had a good lot of it... couldn't go trick-or-treating (was in a play (the 7 year itch) and then had to study like mad for a math test), but my apartment-mates and i bought a boatload of candy to munch on :)

joy_of_grief: that's the best kind of halloween :)

and i'd like to point out that hallowen is my parent's anniversary :) as a friend of mine once said when i told him this, 'that explains a lot' :)

Well, I didn't really expect anybody to show up anyway. Here in good (c)old Germany, Halloween doesn't have the tradition that it has in the States. Actually, a few years ago Halloween was practically unheard of in this country. Right now you see pumpkins everywhere, dressed up-children in the streets and "Halloween specials" on TV. Or you hear people talking about "Halloween parties" (mostly that means getting together in order to watch 'Blair Witch Project'... Am I the only one who thinks that this movie is not as scary as people always claim?). Anyway, it's pretty obvious that some people (probably pumpkin growers and candy manufacturers;)) are trying to establish Halloween over here.

I only went trick-or-treating once. That was in the US though.:D

Same here in Italy!
I´ve celebrated Halloween for the past few years doing a "murder party" or a "vampire role play game" (btw I play D&D every Sundays). This year we where in a very big villa isolated from the rest of the world...near woods and fields...that was a bit scary. I was dressed up like Death ( people who are familiar with Sandman know who I am talking about). the party was really cool, ate a lot and drank too much...

elric: I think that's cool about your parents. It'd be neat to get married on Halloween. You don't have to call me bleedingfilth  Just call me Jenn...or Jennifer. Same for everyone else. I know my name is a little odd. :p
