Passover is a jewish holiday....which remark the freedom of the hebrews from egyptian slavery in the pharaoh times....
god hit on egypt death on every first born, and PASS OVER the hebrews who marked their doors......
thats why it is called passover.....or "Pesach" in hebrew.....
in this holiday we supposed to eat jewish bread (Matza), which is a very thin bread, and taste like wood.....cause the hebrew ran away from the egyptian, and didn't have much time to make bread for their 40 years in the desert......
