Happy Valentine's Day!

Are we losing our touch? This guy's skating by pretty much effortlessly compared to other newbs. He's even got our girls swooning and we're just sitting here watching him go!
well i'm glad to hear how strong the metal brotherhood is...

Thats much more hetero.
 i never said it was. you're a real gem aren't you?

aw, there has to be someone else who's good at photoshop.... oh, hahahah that's me!

i guess i've already made one of me stabbing a friend and one of me as a centaur... but i might stop there.

yes please...
if Loomis ever comes east, i'd expect you to leave me for him though... haha.

were have you girls been, the guys tore me apartall day, and no one said "leave the new kid alone" hahaha.

i hope your valentines days were filled with boys pampering you.

p.s. nice body emily...damn.

 Great times.

I spent my Vday in a chocolate store catering to some last minute husbands/boyfriends. A fun, but tiring day. Now, I'm off the gym to recover what's left of my muscles.

Cara, we need to compare work-out routines.

DB - of course I'd leave you for him. Don't take that as any slight to you. It's Loomis.
PS. thanks

to be honest, i think you guys just like giving me a hard time cause i'm the new guy.
hahahahaha first, not every comment in a thread is directed at YOU, and second, compared to most noobs you are getting a sensual message with happy ending. dont complain.

and yeh, my big valentines date tonight is with Rosey Palms and her five sisters.

My workout routine? Well...

A couple minutes of stretches first. Then I sit down and do regular leg lifts in three sets of 10. Then I lay on my side and do the side legs lifts in three sets of 10.

Then I do 50 bridges fairly swiftly. After that I do 6-10 bridges with one leg in the air, holding each for ten seconds.

Next up, 400 crunches. Then 50 of those weird side crunches on each side. After that I stand up and do whatever a standing crunch is called - 150 of those going forward, and then 50 going sideways on each side.

Next, 50 of those things where you rise up on your tippy toes. Then I march in place for a bit to give my calf muscles a chance to relax. Then I stretch some more. After that I do 100 straight squats. And after that I do kick squats in three sets of 10.

Lastly I do my arms. First with the resistance band, 50 reps straight out in front of me, 50 over my head, and 50 behind my head. Then I get out the 10 lb dumbbells and just do whatever in three sets of 10, directly followed by my protein shake :loco:
