Because, well, a lot of my snobby big bottles I enjoy, I happen to do so at room temperature (which equates to warm in So. Califuckia). Any takers? Brits, I'm looking in yer direction right now.
Drinking this right now:
It's good! It's warm!
Before anyone balks, let me just tell you to start with a stout. Generally speaking, a cold stout brings out a certain harshness that kills the undertones of that style beer. I used to chill my stouts and porters for about 30 minutes, then pour, but now I just take them out of the cupboard. Really brings the flavoUr out quite nice.
Oh yeah and no fucking way would I drink an IPA anything but ice cold, I'm not a freak.
