Without going into detail, I saved someone from suicide by resolving serious depression issues.

No, i have never saved a human being but i have been saved twice from NDE, due to Epliglottitis and Meningitis.

I guess not hanging up on people as a 911 dispatcher might have saved a life or two. But that was, you know, my job 'n' stuff. Outside of work, you can go die.

No sure if it counts, since he would've likely saved himself, but a friend and I dragged another friend ashore when he was washed away by a large wave while rock-hopping near a lighthouse.

He laughed about it afterwards but.. I don't think I've ever seen such an expression of naked, white terror on a dude's face as this.
