I'm looking for a relatively cheap and nice headphones amplifier for drummers in studio.
I found the Behringer Powerplay that seems very good but I don't need 8 output , only 1 (2 would be nice).
What do you usually use/advice?

if you only need one why don't you just use the headphone output on your interface?

Because if I have it cranked, the drummer can't hear parts of the kit but only the click.
Usually I don't understand why some drummers want to hear kick or snare having them pretty close (it's like recording guitars with a cranked mesa cab at 1m. and pretend to have it loud on headphones) anyway some likes it.

The behringer headphone amps are clones of this one from Samson: http://www.thomann.de/it/samson_sphone.htm
It works well and is very loud.. I never went beyond 12 o'clock. It has 4 channels with three stereo-outputs each, you can mix the signal with a second signal (pretty cool for monitoring if you do not have a DSP interface) and EQ each channel. I'm very content with it, the sound is as good as the headphone out of my Fireface. Never had a problem.

There are also smaller variants of the amplifier (also cloned by Behringer):
