Health Hazard Alert: Head-Banging May Hurt Your Brain

“To minimize the risk of head and neck injury, head bangers should decrease their range of head and neck motion, head bang to slower tempo songs by replacing heavy metal with adult oriented rock, only head bang to every second beat, or use personal protective equipment.”

LOL!!!!!!!
Hey Glenn, I think you may have to replace a few PP10 Bands with more "Adult oriented Rock".
We don't want any lawsuits.

Personal Protective equipment?
Like what? A neckbrace?

Btw....
Wasn't this an episode of Myth Busters?
If not, it should be.
That'd be awesome to see ol' Buster dressed up ala Rob Halford.

That is beyond awesome! Are they serious???

:loco:

Except that this article isn't really something to joke about. People HAVE sustained serious injuries from headbanging and neck injuries are way worse than you can imagine (they ruin your life, from what I've been told).

Sure, their tips are pretty stupid, but ignoring what they're saying is like standing in front of the PA with no earplugs...it's all fun and games for a while and then you lose something forever.
