Heaven Below - When Daylight Dies

I noticed Glenn and John talking about this band on John's thread about his excellent list of 2009 releases (really, it's worth it checking out). I thought it deserved its own thread. This is a killer modern hard-rock band based out of Los Angeles. Sure, it may be a little bit too much into the mainstream side for some, but quality music for sure.

Their debut album came out last year, entitled Countdown to Devil.



Any thoughts?

A fine song, catchy stuff. The band name, album title, and song title look like the result of "generic metal words" dice rolling.

Meh. Not my cup of tea and due to the song title, it only makes me want to listen to the great doom band Daylight Dies.
