ok, i know this is probably going to be a shit thread, i'm still kinda new here so please bear with me.

i also understand why mikael might not have wanted to print the lyrics in the liner notes this time around. that being said, i am still having massive difficulty in understanding many of the lyrics to heir apparent, and i just want to know what to sing when i sing the song aloud in private. i got the part, so many years to clean the slate, 'something' despair within it's wake, it's transforming which used to be clear, 'something something' on the edge of our days, etc... can anyone help me out with this?

the whole fuckign song owns, imo, one of their best ever and definitely one of the best of watershed, but i have selfish intentions here, i love to sing opeth songs, to myself of course because i have a horrible voice and i'm always by myself so nobody ever hears me anyway. i just want to be able to sing/growl the correct lyrics. i've noticed on darklyrics.com that the lyrics to the whole of the album save for heir apparent have been posted. i guess i just don't have the proper brain capacity needed to understand mikael's lyrics in heir apparent.
