Yeah, this may be a shit thread, but so is 90 percent of the threads on here. And i love Emperor . . . the keys toward the end of the song blow . . . period. Mike's glass slide solo isn't very impressive either

I'm on this forum a lot, and go to other forums as well, but sometimes I have no idea what the lingo people use actually refers to. It took me a while to figure out with OP even meant haha
Well I listened to the song about 30 times so far and I still cant get enouf...its like a perfect ending and theres a few heavy riffs that are pretty insane and amazing...it feels ish like still life mixed with ghost reveries...amazing track and im sure this album is going to be a masterpieace like all of Opeths albums...the first time i listened to this song,it wasnt too amazing...but the more and more i heard the song the more i loved it...and the solo was pretty damn good...yeah it sounds alot like his other solos he made in the other bands but its still sounds amazing...he made like 2 big mistake and one time he didnt follow the background guitar too well and im sure if it wasnt for that,you guys wouldnt think the same way about the solo for sure...I realy cant wait for the album to come out!!!

It's a good song, I agree Fred's solo is not really suited to Opeth and the keys dominate a bit too much at some points, but the song is entirely pwnful. 
When I met Fredrick for the first time I asked him how's the new song and he said "Aggressive" and then I met him after the gig and I told him that this song kicked ass!!!!! and he rulez!!! During the song itself all I could feel is... DAMN this song is EVIIIIIIIIIIILLLLL.

Well one look at these poll results and Mike should be very relieved/pleased. And this isn't even an official release, just a bootleg.
Well it's become very obvious that opeth aren't going to be affected by commerciality. If they really cared about that, they wouldn't have waited 9 albums to do it. If they do gain more popularity, its because of the strength of the music and word of mouth over time.
