HELP: Dream Theater album back cover

I'm sorry to waste your time with this trifle of a thread... Anyways, my problem is that some f*cker loaned my Dream Theater - Six Degress album and lost the back cover.
So I'm asking - humbly - if anyone can help me getting a new back cover. I've searched the whole web and can't find anything. If someone can either scan it for me and send it to me or just give me a link, I would be forever thankful!
