I recommend the new Iced Earth, Evergrey, Finntroll, and the In Flames albums. The new In Flames is pretty good, excpet a lot of people dont like it because they kind of mellowed down and their are a whole bunch of clean vocals. I like the hard melodic riffs in it, even though they are slow, i love the heavy chug of the guitar.

The Iced Earth album is definiteky a work of art, especially the Gettysburg Trilogy. It really gives off a civil war vibe, its really cool.

Evergrey album is also pretty cool, full of emotions and heavy riffs. Didnt like it at first, but i am really starting to like it.

The Finntroll is pretty good to. Nice fast melodic death with keyboards.
