Help me out with guitar setup.

I had my guitar at the tech (twice!).... he didn't set it up right for my liking. To quote the tech about the fret issue:
"That happens even with 2000 guitars. Bad luck."
It's the only tech i know.
I guess i have to live with that string heights or find another tech.

I think you need a better tech, where are you located? there's many people on this forum and maybe some member know of a good one 
It's a "cheap" fix, levelling the frets, something many guitars need out of the box ( like fenders)
