Help Needed regarding IRC (Nevermore)

I'm trying to log into #dreaming_neon_black IRC on dalnet using mIRC, but I'm not having any luck. Can someone please tell me what I need to do.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I didn't know what the hell to do on there either. Unfortunately, I'm totally ignorant when it comes to IRC.

if yes get connected to a dalnet server.
when connected go to the list room button (bellow the menu bar).
type in the frame #dreaming_neon_black
hit enter and u should reach the 13th gate!

I'm trying to connect from work. Is it possible that a firewall may prevent me from connecting to a dalnet server?
