I've been recording guitars to our upcoming EP. The problem is, that I don't seem to get them to sound even close to the commercial recordings.
Everything sounds fine with my headphones but when I listen to my mix through my stereos the guitars sound somehow distant, like they're coming from the next room when compared to "real" recordings.
Here's a clip, hope you can help me get rid of the spacyness. (Is that even a word?)
