Help with this mix, Peavey Triple X, Real Drums

Hey guys this a something I'm working on for a band right now, i could really use some help on it, the vocals are not finished tracking yet that's why they are only in the beginning.

Guitar is a peavey xxx, with ts808

Drums are a real kit

It just seems like everything is not quite as glued together as I would like any help on anything regarding the whole production would be helpful

the vocals a really loud dude.
doesn't really sound like real drums to me. but I'll take your word for it.

it's really muffled.

I can barely hear the rhythm guitars. LIke the song alot though and you make me wish I didn't sell my Triple XXX

yea i know the vocals are overly loud, but we havent finished tracking them so i have't done really anything to them even level wise yes haha.

What should i fix specifically other than vocals?

What do you mean by muffled?, and yea the drums are real but i obviously have the kick and snare replaced

ok i have been listening to some of the mixes on here and they are all so "in your face" like mine sounds weak like its behind a wall or something why? how can i fix this?!!?

Try some light EQing. I'd say try boosting the 5-8khz/on or so.
