I got a set of WMV video files and I cant capture images from them, anyone have a clue what I should do?

open them with a program called "power DVD", and then choose "copy frame" or something like that once you stopped at the right video frame.

You can also use WinDVD and stop the file at the frame you want, then press "P" and you get your screenshot...

but yes polaroids, this is the best option.

U can also do it without any program!
There's a button called PrtScn (print screen) on the right of F12.So just let it play,push that button.It will capture ur screen.Then simply open Paint n paste the pic.Then cut anythin u want from it!Thats the most simple thing u can do without installin any program...
