CD starts out nice... cool riffage... cool vocals. Song #2 hits, and it gets *decent* decent vocals, decent music... just "decent". after that, it becomes the same boring shit over and over.

Rating: .2 / 1 This release doesn't even deserve to be rated out of TWO THUMBS UP, FIVE STARS, or the average TEN scale. Just one... And I rated it a POINT-TWO... yes... two tenths.

Don't waste your money... and if you have... sucks for you. I recommend you sell that album before it makes your other cds sound worse. It's a wonder why this band broke up.

Forbidden Evil & Twisted Into Form are the only Forbidden CDs really worth buying. Possibly because they're the thrash albums as opposed to the stupid modern groovecore albums.

Then again, it's been a long time since I heard Distortion.

Distortion is very good... It'S no Twisted but it's very good and it's very Nevermore-esque
