hey somebody tell me a classic stoner album.

i'll check both of those.

i didn't dig on ad astra, should i bother with any other spiritual beggars?

oh yeah and solace - thirteen is totally kicking my dick in right now. fuck me these dudes are good. extremely heavy but just flat out rockin.

if you want to venture a little outside of "stoner" and maybe get something kinda "dark progressive stoner", try out The Black League's Ichor or Utopia AD. "Progressive" being used in the truest sense of the word.

IoftheStorm knows these guys.

i'm not sure i want progressive stoner, but would be willing to check anything out. i do prefer my stoner simple though, it's very immediate music that doesn't require a lot of attention. just lots of volume and your favorite drug of choice.

either way i just bought some orange goblin and clutch. :headbang:

Cheers man! I'll upload some Colour Haze for you soon...

BTW- I saw Clutch and Stinking Lizaveta (OMFG CHECK THEM OUT) about a week ago and it fucking rocked me. Lizaveta was hands down the best show I've ever seen in my life. Stand-up bass player, fucking crazy guitar player who played on top of his amp/screamed anguished screams into his pickups/threw his guitar into the audience/summoned doom on stage, and a very nice (and quite good looking) female drummer that my friend Josh and I worshiped after the show when she was in the audience.

Dudes i'll upload some Stinking Lizaveta later. Support them, underground stoner/psychedelic is where the FUN IS!!!!

i have a sheavy album on mp3 from dark chapter, i thought they were alright but nothing great. probably should listen again.

yeah, i'm interesting in stinking labia, underground stoner does, in fact, rule.

i was gonna say that the 3 sheavy mp3s i got from stonerrock.com don't sound too great either, but SOME people praise them non-stop, so i'll keep trying.

instumental btw

(besides when he screams into his pickups and fills the fucking venue with supersonic waves of subterranean anguished dooommmmmmmmmmmmmm)

You might dig The Atomic Bitchwax. Their new one is pretty solid, if nothing to get too jazzed up about.
If you like Sleep you might check out OM, which is ex members pretty much picking up where they left off.

Variations on a Theme is fucking killer :headbang:

NAD, I sent you and MFJ the Colour Haze S/T album. You dumbass! You should prob still have it. Check it out because you should shit yourself over it.

Anyways, gimme some kind of specific sound and I can guide you properly.

PS - Deadboy & The Elephantmen fucking rule. Dax's best performance yet, and that is saying something!!! It's not new at all either but I think they are working on a new album if I am not mistaken.
