Hit or Miss

Hit.

He started it, saying my nose-ring makes me look like a bitch. Otherwise this dispute would not have been.

I was never beaten.

As for calculus...it is required for the electrical engineering major. Let us see what I would make:

$80K/yr

EEs - $78K/yr

$57K/yr starting salary

ZOMG THE BALD BUGGER FAILED

pffft that's pocket money compared to what i'll be bringing home as a lawyer. lol.

According to this and if we may assume a similar pay scale in Australia, yes, you will be making more than I by a respectable margin. I considered law, and frankly I dislike it. Engineering makes civilisation possible, lawyers make civilisation unbearable.

However, after taxes, I will likely be making about as much money - if not more - for the sole reason that Australian law is specific to Australia, a country with a pernicious tax rate. Electrical engineering is in demand in Dubai, Brunei, Hong Kong, and other low-tax jurisdictions, in the majority of which English is the trade-language. You may make $120K, but will only get to keep $80K, whereas if I make $80K, I keep $80K.

However, you are more than welcome to use the same tax shelter as I. Heck, you may even help Fed-proof it

Hit, I'd buy it if I went to the show. That and the two Saudi exchange students with whom I have physics lab may or may not share my sentiment.

I like Outback... Gaz if I came and visited would you make me some Outback Burgers?:heh: STRAIGHT UP AUSSIE ONES THOUGH!?

of course brother, more than happy to have you over. :headbang:

i've seen that website of that 'outback' company. i tell you something, we aren't like that at all. the food there looks terrible and so un-Australian. another seppo failure. oh, and we don't go outback when we've had enough like that site claims. we go to the fridge and grab a beer. :kickass::kickass:

edit: we do say "no worries" a lot though, and i mean a lot. lol. no worries mate, she'll be right cobber. lol!

yeh, your country handles its finances so well. oh wait...aren't you about to enter into a rescission? maybe it's time your pollies stopped playing the blame game and took a bi-partisan approach to resolving problems. lets see if this 'rescue' package is passed.
