So, recently I got this homemade 2x12 cab loaded with some unfamiliar speakers. There was no sticker on the magnet, just green plastic cover with Made in England writings on both the plastic cover and on the metal part of the speaker. Also some technical info written on metal parts : 15+ ohm, 26w and T1281, which I assumed was a speaker model number. After doing some research online I found out that they probably were some old Celestion Greenbacks (T1281).
Guy, that made this Cab told me, that he used dimensions of some VOX cab. But I am thinking of making a new box and using Marshall 2045 2x12 dimensions.
If you guys know anything more about these speakers - I would really like to get as much info as possible.
