I don't think Dream Evil is headliner worthy. I agree with mosquito about their quality, but regardless I believe Dream Evil to be around the same as a Falconer--3rd spot. Relatively popular, yes, but not headliner material (considering Blind Guardian, Pain of Salvation, Gamma Ray, WoMD, etc etc).
