so the eager beaver boss paid off tonight.

I go in, I was supposed to work for this dude tonight, I don't usually work Fridays.

I come in and the lady's like...oh Mike didn't tell you? you don't have to work, we'll be here.

pretty much saying "we don't want to pay people if we don't have to.

so I'm happy that I can go out tonight, but then again it sucks because I really could have used the money....
