How do I get the limited edition box of The Great Cold Distance?

I live in the USA and the places I normally get special edition cds do not have the limited edition of The Great Cold Distance. Any help? Any one in the USA got their hands on one? Do any of you know of a store in the USA that is selling them on line?

I got mine from The End Records. But it seems to have sold out at their website in a day or two. You could check there again to see if they will get more. I am pretty sure they will. But Snapper is probably a sure bet.
