How Do Stop Getting These Fucking Um Updates In The Mail!?!

Dont get me wrong,I appreciate the good nature of sending me the updates on threads but to be perfectly honest,I dont want my mailbox flooded because some guy replied to a thread I once quickly dangled my cock into.
I am getting messages telling me that someone replied to a post which I initially answered 3 weeks ago.
Please,I get enough junk mail as it is from people who have reason to believe I'm lacking in the genitals department and more to the point,would like to cure me,so please stop this.
How do I unsubscribe?

Try to uncheck "Send me notification on threads" in your edit profile page. I don't know if it'll solve the problem but try

The unbsubscribe to all threads if you want it to stop immediately

On top of this page, Click on "Profile", then click on "Edit Options", look for "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" and select no, then save the changes.
