How is everyone's training going?

Took this after pressing and walking half a mile carrying a 35 pound plate. That shit was hard because i have small ass hands and cant grip it easily. My forearms are going to fucking hurt tomorrow

I switched schools and ive been getting back into working out...at my old school i was taking a weightlifting class and it sucked because i was always starving and it was really not the kind of lifting i wanted to do. Now im pretty hyped
