i was on that side of the metro, freaked the hell outta me.

i go with dickinson as being probley the most in shape, full of energy, older metal dude.
henry rollins is in great shape but, he sure isn't metal. i think he'd punch you or laugh in your face if you told him he was. i seen him kick i guy in the head that was crowd surfin near the front of the stage, that was cool as hell.
it's easy to run around like a pscho when your in your 20's but, the guys that are doing it in their 40's and 50's impress me.
how bout eddie vedder he gets pretty crazy :D

When I saw Bush jump, it was at the House of Blues. I know he has done it many times.

um since a lot of the above strays into rock.........

its gotta be stephen tyler.......he goes off on stage still, must be nearly 60 ! backflippingacross the stage the ole double hgh kicks, considering how bad he wreked his body is a wonder he's still going nevermind doing the crazy shit....... obviously he goes pretty quiet when the ballads hit

Glen Benton.

:D

Last time I saw Deicide, Glen was only active when he was telling everybody in the audience how he had fucked our mothers and when he tried to kick a bouncer in the head...

He jumped off the speaker column of the "stage left" side of the Metro during "Whiplash" at the MOMD filming. I thought that is what you meant. I guess he didn't really do a flip as much as as the "Nestea Plundge", if you know what I mean.

pantera and suicidal tendencies
i heard that both of them are having great problem with their back
surgeries and stuff....
