It is just that Old School Death Metal, I don't think it is worth, for me who lives in Brazil, buying the import cd Resurrection Through Carnage(its the only way to buy it), otherwise, if I lived in other place, like europe or the us, I'd buy it......

I picked up resurrection through carnage, it's really good, but it's Akerfeldt's vocals that make the album so enjoyable, especially on ways to the grave and cry my name.

I found it pretty uninspired and stale, so i stopped at two songs and downloaded no more.

Bloodbath rules. I love the aggression of Mikael's voice and the old school death metal sound they have. I wish they would do a tour, but that's a wish that will probably never come true.

I don't own either, but I am strapped for money. However, I haven't downloaded them either. I just have a few songs. I don't like the idea of downloading music. The musicians deserve the money and everything, but before I go out and spend $10 - $20 on a cd, I want to know if it is good. So I usually download 2-3 songs from an album before I get it. I am gonig to get those Bloodbath cds.

I bought RTC without hearing or downloading anything first....y'know, on the strength of the reviews.

I dunno....I guess i'm glad I bought it; it's a good thing to have in the collection for the odd spin of Ways To The Grave...but I didn't really get the money's worth out of it for replayability.

Like all the Opeth albums, I downloaded it (RTC). Stores where I live have a problem with stocking good music.

I love the dedication these musicians have in making their music. I couldn't ask for anything better. Except for maybe a tour.

Bought BOTH, duh!? Of course I did. Mikael's voice rules the world man. I would buy an a capella album done by Mikael! And the music is just BRUTAL!

I bought and love both. Brings me back to the days when brutal death metal was actually good...Not one band (besides Bloodbath) in that genre has impressed me in about 10 years.

i checked RTC at the store today...it's, well, onedimensional....not my kind of stuff..
