How many of you traded in and maybe wished you hadn't?

Among the Horrors
With gas prices on the way down for at least the for-seeable future, did anyone trade in a gas-guzzler for a fuel efficient car and now wish they hadn't (especially considering a lot of people ate a loss in trading in)?

Lowest Ive seen here is 2.59 :/ AZ prices went up slow but they are coming down slow too.

Oil just sank a lot more in the last 2 days even after the cuts.

From what I've read and heard. Gas prices aren't expected any type of rise within the next couple of months. In fact, many think they will continue to fall until the end of the winter.

It might not be immediately worth getting a worse deal for a more fuel-efficient car, but gas prices sure as hell can't stay at $2 forever. At some point the prices are going to skyrocket as the oil supply dwindles. It may not be possible to tell when that point is, though.

The oil supply will never dwindle unless production is slashed to the point of non-existance, which won't happen.

Plus with all the effort being put into alternative fuels the other drags on oil are going to dwindle, bringing it's cost down even more.

Heh, I traded in my 02 Civic for a 06 Ram. It was a great car but was time to upgrade. Not to mention I got top trade in thanks to demand.

Probably going to buy '85 Ford Bronco or '98 Jeep Grand Cherokee when I get some coin, but I don't have long drives so it's all good.

So you're saying oil is a renewable resource and all this talk about alternative sources of energy is just pointless. I see.

Perhaps you should look into this thing called reality. Been going on for a while now, and according to it we have a finite supply of oil.
