How to reamp?

Stupid question, but could someone explain what is needed to do, how to run the signal to amp etc.

On another note, that new song sounds really great! Until today I didn't realise there was a new OF record in the making. The full out Ulver/Agallochesque riffing really took me by surprise, but it's all good, haha!
