As in, if a guy trys to get with a chick and is all sleazy then he is labelled an asshole, and he is trying to get into her pants.

Consider that the chick (medical reasons excluded) already has her own, personal asshole, then the reference is obviously that since she has her own, she doesnt need another (ergo: the guy) in her pants.
