i am going to attempt to start a new UM tradition here

i saw the episode and it was definitely awesome. i think some of nagel's hallucinations kinda freaked me out a bit too much like the first time i saw Restless for example but i liked Spike alot in this episode. "Would you like to get a bottle of hooch and listen to the Sex Pistols?" fucking priceless!

i am a bit annoyed that they are having lindsey refer to himself as Doyle for obvious reasons but if it makes him that much more of an asshole than i am happy because i like lindsey with an edge.

if it wasn't for the fact that i have band rehearsals on wednesday and my roomate watches the west wing at the same time i really would be mad that our stupid WB/UPN combo channel sucks and plays Angel at 10pm on thursdays but in the long run it actually benefits me more to have it delayed.

also this was another thing i was thinking about last night:

last year buffy was on a roll with its first nine episodes of season 7. i mean they were all amazing. then they had three in a row which were quite frankly alot more boring and had way mroe exposition than was needed maybe and which weren't all that thriling to watch, not to mention the gazillion potential slayers which showed up.

however, there has not been a single boring or bad Angel episode this season. I mean they have been on a roll since the very first episode in october. i'll be happy when they start going into more depth about what the overall plot of the season will be but for now i am content to go along for the ride with the episodes.

and drew goddard is probably one of my biggest heroes right now.
