i am going to attempt to start a new UM tradition here

you know i have no clue whatsoever. i mean will ilyria be a good guy now? the more i think of it, the more i realize that there is a poignant kind of statement that even the bad guys are finding themselves "lost" in the world. i think its a great metaphor that they are working with now. for example, the guy from the submarine episode is a good example.

my feeling about this season is that it is using a similar motif to buffy season six but with stronger episodes and i really connected with the themes in buffy season six.

Yeah, I don't think Illyria will be a good guy for long...
the more i realize that there is a poignant kind of statement that even the bad guys are finding themselves "lost" in the world.
good point, maybe they'll run with that idea.
You know, the only part that really bothered me was when Angel was talking on the phone with Giles. I wonder if they'll be able to mend the rift between Buffy's world and Angel's by the end of the season.

well i am not sure but i could have sworn i saw somewhere that the name of the last episode of this season is "Ashes" which could be interpreted in a lot of different ways. i really hope we have some redemption for gunn too.

Alas.
I always forget what this thread is about and when I open it the first post I see at the top of the page is this one and I'm always like, "Totally."
