I don't much care for ballads, but "Navigate the Seas of the Sun" off the new Dickinson disc is an awesome song.

Speaking of Dickinson, I never paid any mind to his solo material. However, given how much I enjoying "Tyranny of Souls", I'll be righting that wrong.

The songs "Chemical Wedding" and "The Alchemist" are some of my favourite tunes of all time.

Yes, the new album is getting better with every spin. "Kill Devil Hill" is making me urinate in glee so much, I'm actually sitting in a puddle at this point feeling rather dehydrated.

Dickinson's ballads are some of the best ever: Tears Of The Dragon, Arc Of Space, Man Of Sorrows..

...and if Revelations counts, he may very well have written the best metal ballad ever. And as good as the album version of Tears is, the "first bit" version on the singles and forthcoming remaster blows it away.
