I hate crimbo

I need to buy shit for people, and I am the worst at giving gifts. If I fuck up I take it really badly. Is it just me or when people *cough* girls*cough* say it's the thought that counts, they are absolutely fucking full of B.S. The thought doesn't mean shit haha.

Haha, much like anything a girl says BA-ZING!!

Fortunately I'm only giving gifts to my folks, and I've already got my Mom's presents (the previously mentioned 2 most recent Sonata Arctica CD's :D), I'll go to Borders and get my Dad some history book tomorrow and I'm set!

Well with presents or hahah "pressies" it's magnified like times a million/.

For the record British slang is the fucking SHIT.

This year has been the worst, bar none, for me physically. And naturally since I left my full time job with benefits I ended up with no health insurance this year. Of course I get a major reaction to poison ivy, Bells Palsy, Lymes Disease of within required two visits to the Emergency Room and one trip to the Urgent Care place. They've been the best paying for all that for me, so I'm ending up giving them a wad of cash to help balance things out. Technically I could have paid for everything, but I have depleted most of my savings and have gone back to square one after high school. Not fun.

Aside from that I'm totally lost on what to give people!

I feel so reliefed this year.
There was a silent agreement I signed with my friends and family that we don't give something to each other :)
So much less pressure and I actually enjoy going to christmas markets again ;)

You gotta try it.

We've had a verbal agreement not to get anything for some years now, and EVERY FUCKING TIME I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO DOESN'T BUY ANY FUCKING PRESENTS. Makes me feel guilty as hell :)

I'll boycott this crap like every year... You won't get shit from me and if you're stupid enough to buy me something, it's going straight for the garbage can, unopened. Serious business...

I dont have any cash, but my brother gave me 50$ so i could buy gifts to my familiy.
Now i dont have a fuckin clue what to give them, and the stores are closing soon! :erk:

Jesus dude, Lyme disease also? That's some serious shit man, doesn't it never really leave your system? (or at least is incredibly hard to eradicate). And the fact that you had health insurance right up until just before all this shit hit the fan is all the shittier, and that was really cool of your folks to cover it (did they pay for health insurance for you, or actually cover all of the doctor/hospital bills? :zombie: )
